Bismillah hesabını silme talebi

Kısaca

Bu sayfa, Bismillah uygulama hesabının (Firebase üzerindeki anonim ya da Google ile güvenceye alınmış uygulama hesabın) ve bu hesaba bağlı verilerin silinmesini nasıl talep edeceğini anlatır. Silme talep esaslıdır: uygulama içinden anında veya otomatik bir silme yapılmaz; talebin bize e-postayla ulaşır, elle işlenir ve tamamlandığında sana yanıt verilir.

Talebi nasıl gönderirsin

  1. E-postayı, uygulama hesabını güvenceye aldığın Google hesabının adresinden gönder. Talebi şifre istemeden bu adresle eşleştiririz.
  2. Alıcı: bismillahappsupport@gmail.com
  3. Konu: Bismillah account deletion request
  4. Gövde: Bismillah uygulama hesabının silinmesini istediğini yaz. Şifre, teknik kimlik ya da cihaz bilgisi yazma; bunlar istenmez ve gerekmez.

Doğrulama — şifre istenmez

Talebi doğrulamak için tek dayanak, e-postanın uygulama hesabına bağlı Google adresinden gelmesidir. Google şifren, uygulama şifren ya da başka bir gizli bilgi hiçbir zaman istenmez; bunları isteyen bir mesaj bizden değildir. Talep bağlı olmayan bir adresten gelirse, talebi bağlı Google adresinden yeniden göndermen istenir.

Uzaktan tutulmayanlar — cihazındaki ibadet verileri

Namaz takibin, 30 günlük planın, Kur'an okuma konumun ve yer imlerin, öğrenme kayıtların, zikir sayaçların ve Asistan geçmişin yalnızca cihazında tutulur; Bismillah bunları bulutta yedeklemez ve hesabınla birlikte bir sunucuda saklamaz (cihazında Android/Google yedeklemesi açıksa Android, uygun yerel verileri kendi yedeğine alabilir ve yeniden kurulumda geri yükleyebilir). Bu yüzden hesap silme talebi bu verileri cihazından silmez: bunları uygulama içindeki Gizlilik ekranından ("Verileri sıfırla") ya da cihaz ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyerek kendin silersin. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya uygulama verilerini temizlemek ise yerel verileri bu cihazdan siler ama Firebase'deki uygulama hesabını silmez — hesabın silinmesi için bu talep gerekir.

Abonelik ve mağaza kayıtları

Etkin bir Bismillah+ aboneliğin varsa iptali Google Play'de ayrıca yapılır (Google Play › Abonelikler); hesap silme talebi aboneliği iptal etmez. Google Play'in ve ödeme işleyicilerinin kendi yükümlülükleri kapsamında tuttuğu satın alma ve işlem kayıtları Bismillah'ın kontrolü dışındadır ve bu taleple silinmez; her mağaza işlem kaydının silinebileceği vaat edilmez.

Google ile güvenceye alınmamış hesaplar

Google ile hiç güvenceye alınmamış bir uygulama hesabı adına, e-postana veya rehberine bağlı değildir ve dışarıdan bir kişiyle eşleştirilemez. Böyle bir hesap için talep ancak hesabı uygulamadaki Hesap ekranından Google ile güvenceye aldıktan sonra o Google adresinden iletilebilir.

Süreç ve saklama

Talep bize ulaştıktan sonra elle işlenir; anında veya otomatik değildir. Tamamlandığında talebi gönderdiğin adrese yanıt verilir. Bismillah'ın tanımladığı bir yasal saklama istisnası şu anda yoktur; talep işlendiğinde yukarıda sayılan hesaba bağlı kayıtlar silinir. Requesting deletion of your Bismillah account

In short

This page explains how to request deletion of your Bismillah app account (the anonymous or Google-secured app account on Firebase) and the data linked to it. Deletion is request-based: no deletion happens instantly or automatically from inside the app; your request reaches us by e-mail, is processed manually, and you receive a reply when it is complete.

How to send the request

  1. Send the e-mail from the address of the Google account you secured the app account with. That is how we match the request to the account without asking for a password.
  2. To: bismillahappsupport@gmail.com
  3. Subject: Bismillah account deletion request
  4. Body: say that you want your Bismillah app account deleted. Do not include a password, a technical identifier or device information; none of these is requested or needed.

Start the deletion-request e-mail — the link fills in only the recipient and the subject; the body stays empty.

Verification — no password is asked for

The only basis for verifying a request is that the e-mail comes from the Google address linked to the app account. Your Google password, an app password or any other secret is never requested; a message asking for one is not from us. If a request arrives from an address that is not linked, you are asked to resend it from the linked Google address.

What is deleted

What is not stored remotely — the worship data on your device

Your prayer tracking, 30-day plan, Quran reading position and bookmarks, learning records, dhikr counts and Assistant history are kept only on your device; Bismillah does not back them up to the cloud or store them on a server together with your account (if Android/Google backup is turned on for your device, Android may include eligible local data in its own backup and restore it on reinstall). An account-deletion request therefore does not remove them from your device: you delete them yourself from the app's Privacy screen ("Reset data") or by clearing the app's data in device settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its app data deletes the local data from this device but does not delete the app account on Firebase — deleting the account needs this request.

Subscription and store records

If you have an active Bismillah+ subscription, cancelling it is done separately in Google Play (Google Play › Subscriptions); an account-deletion request does not cancel the subscription. Purchase and transaction records that Google Play and payment processors keep under their own obligations are outside Bismillah's control and are not deleted by this request; it is not promised that every store transaction record can be erased.

Accounts that were never secured with Google

An app account that was never secured with Google is not tied to your name, e-mail or contacts and cannot be matched to a person from outside. A request for such an account can only be submitted from that Google address after you secure the account with Google from the app's Account screen.

Process and retention

The request is processed manually after it reaches us; it is not instant or automatic. When it is complete, a reply goes to the address you sent it from. Bismillah currently defines no legal retention exception; when the request is processed, the account-linked records listed above are deleted. The request correspondence is kept in the support mailbox as the record that the request was received and fulfilled. باختصار

تشرح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف حساب تطبيق Bismillah (حساب التطبيق المجهول أو المؤمَّن بواسطة Google لدى Firebase) والبيانات المرتبطة به. ويتمّ الحذف بناءً على طلب: لا يُحذف شيء فورًا أو تلقائيًا من داخل التطبيق؛ بل يصلنا طلبك بالبريد الإلكتروني، ويُعالَج يدويًا، وتتلقّى ردًّا عند اكتماله.

كيف تُرسل الطلب

  1. أرسل الرسالة من عنوان حساب Google الذي أمّنت به حساب التطبيق. وبهذا نطابق الطلب مع الحساب من دون طلب أيّ كلمة مرور.
  2. إلى: bismillahappsupport@gmail.com
  3. الموضوع: Bismillah account deletion request
  4. نصّ الرسالة: اذكر أنّك تريد حذف حساب تطبيق Bismillah. لا تكتب كلمة مرور ولا معرّفًا تقنيًا ولا معلومات عن الجهاز؛ فلا يُطلب شيء من ذلك ولا يلزم.

ابدأ رسالة طلب الحذف — لا يملأ الرابط سوى المستلم والموضوع؛ ويبقى نصّ الرسالة فارغًا.

التحقّق — لا تُطلب كلمة مرور

الأساس الوحيد للتحقّق من الطلب هو أن تأتي الرسالة من عنوان Google المرتبط بحساب التطبيق. ولا تُطلب كلمة مرور Google ولا كلمة مرور للتطبيق ولا أيّ سرّ آخر أبدًا؛ وأيّ رسالة تطلب ذلك ليست منّا. وإذا وصل الطلب من عنوان غير مرتبط يُطلب منك إعادة إرساله من عنوان Google المرتبط.

ما يُحذف

ما لا يُحفظ عن بُعد — بيانات العبادة على جهازك

متابعة الصلاة، وخطة الثلاثين يومًا، وموضع القراءة في القرآن والإشارات المرجعية، وسجلات التعلّم، وعدّادات الذكر، وسجل المساعد تُحفظ على جهازك فقط؛ فلا ينسخها Bismillah احتياطيًا في السحابة ولا يخزّنها في خادم مع حسابك (وإذا كان النسخ الاحتياطي في Android/Google مفعّلًا على جهازك، فقد يُدرج Android البيانات المحلية المؤهَّلة في نسخته الاحتياطية ويستعيدها عند إعادة التثبيت). ولذلك لا يزيلها طلب حذف الحساب من جهازك: بل تحذفها بنفسك من شاشة الخصوصية في التطبيق ("إعادة تعيين البيانات") أو بمسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز. وإزالة التطبيق أو مسح بياناته يحذف البيانات المحلية من هذا الجهاز لكنّه لا يحذف حساب التطبيق لدى Firebase — فحذف الحساب يلزمه هذا الطلب.

الاشتراك وسجلات المتجر

إن كان لديك اشتراك Bismillah+ فعّال فإنّ إلغاءه يتمّ على حدة في Google Play (Google Play › الاشتراكات)؛ ولا يلغي طلب حذف الحساب الاشتراك. وسجلات الشراء والمعاملات التي يحتفظ بها Google Play ومعالجو الدفع بموجب التزاماتهم الخاصّة تقع خارج سيطرة Bismillah ولا يحذفها هذا الطلب؛ ولا يُوعد بإمكانية محو كلّ سجل معاملة في المتجر.

الحسابات التي لم تُؤمَّن بواسطة Google

حساب التطبيق الذي لم يُؤمَّن قطّ بواسطة Google غير مرتبط باسمك أو بريدك أو جهات اتصالك ولا يمكن مطابقته بشخص من الخارج. ولا يمكن تقديم طلب لمثل هذا الحساب إلا من عنوان Google ذاك بعد تأمين الحساب بواسطة Google من شاشة الحساب في التطبيق.

الإجراء والاحتفاظ

يُعالَج الطلب يدويًا بعد وصوله إلينا؛ فهو ليس فوريًا ولا تلقائيًا. وعند اكتماله يُرسَل ردّ إلى العنوان الذي أرسلته منه. ولا يحدّد Bismillah حاليًا أيّ استثناء احتفاظ قانوني؛ وعند معالجة الطلب تُحذف السجلات المرتبطة بالحساب المذكورة أعلاه. وتُحفظ مراسلات الطلب في صندوق بريد الدعم بوصفها سجلًا يثبت استلام الطلب وتنفيذه. وللتفاصيل انظر قسم "حذف الحساب" في سياسة الخصوصية: سياسة الخصوصية.
